Roberto Cervoni grew up in Franklin Square and has deep roots to the community. He began his career as an associate at a local law firm in the Franklin Square area serving clients for over a decade.
Roberto has recently opened his own practice wherein he has focused his attention to guardianship law, personal injury matters, real estate transactions and traffic violations. He currently handles guardianship cases in Nassau County, Queens County and Kings County. He serves in the capacity of Court Evaluator, Court Examiner, Attorney for the Incapacitated Person and Referee through appointments by various respected Judges. Roberto also represents petitioners seeking to have Guardians appointed to individuals suffering from incapacity. His proficiency in this area of the law has earned the respect of the Courts and colleagues.
Roberto has aggressively represented individuals involved in automobile accidents and obtained favorable settlements for his clients. He effectively negotiates with insurance carriers by utilizing his knowledge of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law and determining the proper valuation of injuries.
